ERIE faculty

The purpose of the institute is to collect, analyze, interpret, and disseminate data and the resulting knowledge related to Erie County's economy. The institute's research is designed to provide an improved understanding of the regional economic structure and its links to the national economy. The institute is a member of the Association for University and Business Economic Research (AUBER). Institute staff stages an annual conference that provides community leaders with local, regional, national, and international economic forecasts.

Center for e-Commerce

The center works in partnership with industry affiliates to create knowledge about e-commerce by conducting applied research studies on evolving practices and their effects; disseminating knowledge related to e-commerce practices; and providing learning opportunities to students and faculty members by assisting its affiliates with the development of new e-commerce business applications.
