To better serve the business and organizations in the Northwestern Pennsylvania tri-state region, the center has formed partnerships that provide access to technical expertise in a variety of fields. These partnerships allow the center to carry out cooperative programs when appropriate. The following partnerships are in place:
PENNTAP provides free scientific and technological assistance and information to help resolve specific technical questions or problems.
PTC provides design and manufacturing technical assistance to the plastics industry.
