The curricula formed as a result of the business and engineering partnership includes the IBE major, focus modules within the degree (currently offering accounting & finance, quality control, operations and supply chain, technical sales, and product development, and the capstone experience.

Major

The IBE degree is designed to focus on the concept of corporate entrepreneurship or bringing new products to market from within an existing firm.

Students with the IBE degree can be expected to work on the business side of technical firms, thus bridging the gap between technical and non-technical personnel.
