Manage faculty personnel issues: employment contracts, promotion and tenure process, annual and extended reviews, and international faculty visa issues.
Highlights: Developed new system of handling the promotion and tenure process for the School of Engineering, consolidating with annual and extended review process to facilitate efficiency, 2004-2005; nominated for Penn State Universitys Achieving Women Award, April 2006; project coordinator for move to the Research and Economic Development Center, 2006.

Provide administrative support to the Director of Student Affairs: collect, analyze, compose and update all types of budget information including budget forecasts for the offices of the unit and monthly budget statements; handle correspondence and requests for information, make travel arrangements, and provide confidential secretarial support; develop spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint™ presentations.
Office Manager for Student Affairs unit: assess office equipment, coordinate purchasing, and provide budget support for three budgets and monitor eleven budgets across the unit; compose and update a variety of reports on budget activity; review and approve financial transactions; maintain, monitor, and approve budget transactions.
Program coordinator for “College for Kids” summer outreach program: assess the needs of the program, develop programming, interview and hire faculty and staff, compose and coordinate publication of brochures and advertising; track registrations, handle budget, and provide public relations support; implemented on-line registration system through an e-Store application housed at University Park.
Coordinate unit-wide responses for information requests: collect and analyze information; design and distribute special reports, spreadsheets, and databases, including questionnaires and surveys; create and maintain confidential database and spreadsheet information.
Design and update College for Kids website; draft text for Critical Incident Response Team Web pages and update the Critical Incident Response Team and Student Activity Fee Web pages.
Chair/participate on various committees: coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes; serve as liaison for Student Affairs office unit-wide.
Highlights: Developed budget forecast model for the Child Care Center, 2002-2003; successful project management of College for Kids at Penn State Behrend, growing the program by over 40% in 2000; providing for continued growth through tenure in the program ending 2004; implemented e-Store registration site for College for Kids.
