Bailey Earns AMCC Runner of the Week (9/19/05)
Behrend’s Jenny Bailey (Corry/Corry) has been named Allegheny Mountain
Collegiate Conference (AMCC) runner of the week. The freshman is off to a
great start for the Behrend Lions as she finished 15 out of 125
runners at the September 17 Behrend Invitational with a time of 20:13.
Bailey previously finished third at the Westminster Invitational on September 3 when she ran 19:22. In the each of the first two races of her career she was the top finisher for the Behrend women’s cross country team.
The blue and white next compete on October 1 when they travel to the Dickinson Invitational and again on October 8 at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational.
