Struski Tabbed AMCC Player
of the Week
Sophomore Kara Struski (Meadville/Meadville H.S.) was named this week's women's soccer AMCC player of the week after the blue and white won their first three AMCC matches of the season.
Struski was key on offense last week dishing out a goal a piece in games against Hilbert and La Roche. Her goal in the La Roche game gave the Behrend Lions the win, 2-1. The team advanced to a tie for first place with Frostburg State.
The blue and white look to defend their top position in the AMCC against Pitt-Greensburg at home this Saturday, October 9 at 1:00 p.m.
