Selected AMCC Women's Soccer Player of the Week

State Behrend midfielder Beth Manganaro (Pittsburgh/Chartiers Valley) has
been named the AMCC Women's Soccer Player of the Week on October 22.
The junior scored two goals in a crucial 2-0 road victory against
Penn State Altoona on October 20. The win clinched the AMCC
regular season title and the #1 seed for the blue and white in the
conference playoffs.
This is the first conference player of the week honor for Manganaro
this season, and the second consecutive week a Behrend Lion has been
named AMCC player of the week. Manganaro has four goals and
four assists so far on the season for the defending conference
champion Behrend Lions.
The blue and white conclude the regular season when they travel to
Allegheny for a 7:30 p.m. non-conference contest on October 24.
Behrend heads into that game riding a nine-game unbeaten streak and
a sporting a 9-5-3 overall record.
