PENN STATE BEHREND OPEN HOUSE IS OCTOBER 18
Area students and their families will learn why the National High School Guidance Counselors Survey identifies Penn State Behrend among the nation's best postsecondary educational values at an Admissions Open House on Saturday, October 18, beginning at 10 a.m. To register for the Open House call toll-free at 866-374-3378 or go on-line to www.pserie.psu.edu/admissions/undergrad/openhouseindex.htm.
Prospective applicants may attend an
information fair in the McGarvey Commons of the Reed Union Building
and meet with representatives from Admissions, Career Development, the
Division of Undergraduate Studies (for undecided majors), Financial
Aid, Student Activities, and other student support staff. Faculty from
the Schools of Business, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Science
also will be available to answer questions about the college's 30
four-year degree programs.
Campus and housing tours will be offered throughout the event, and
thirty-minute question-and-answer sessions will be available on
financial aid, choosing a major, computer majors, business
information, adult student services, and more. Lunch will be available
on a cash basis in Dobbins Hall (11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m.) or in Bruno's
Cafe, 2nd floor , Reed Union Building (beginning at 10:00 a.m.)
