“Pavlov’s Clown” Behrend is Box of Light Theatre tour stop Box of Light Theatre brings its multi-dimensional stage performance of “Pavlov’s Clown” to Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, on Tuesday, Nov. 14. The one-hour lunchtime show will begin at 12:30 p.m. in the Reed Union Building’s Bruno’s Café. A presentation of the college’s Rhythms of Life cultural series, “Pavlov’s Clown” is free and open to the public. A full menu of hot and cold lunch items will be available for purchase at the café. For fifteen years, Box of Light Theatre has produced touring installations that integrate computer-projected sets and light and sound effects with animation, live performers, and audience participation. Its productions have been seen in twelve countries on four continents, including at the Smithsonian Institution and on PBS. Fast, funny, and intellectual, the “Pavlov’s Clown” production is described as “Stan Laurel meets operant conditioning.” Box of Light Theatre’s performance of “Pavlov’s Clown” is sponsored by the Penn State Behrend Office of Educational Equity and Diversity Programs and by the Student Activity Fee.
