1999-2000 Undergraduate Research Award Winners
Daniel Heuer, a plastics engineering technology major working under the direction of Dr. Paul Koch, has co-authored two conference proceedings related to the properties of high density polyethylene and is scheduled to present four technical papers at the Annual Technical Conference of the Society of Plastics Engineers in Orlando later this spring.
Eric Billman, a biology major working under the direction of Dr. Mark Pyron, has researched fish and their behavior and has presented his findings at the annual meeting of the American Society of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists. Eric is scheduled to present additional research results later this year in La Paz, Mexico.
