Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Plan to arrive at Roche Hall (see map) to register and pick up your registration packet no later than 7:30 a.m. on April 19.

Posters should be mounted on a standard poster presentation board available at most campus book stores and office supply stores. These Tri-Fold Corrugated Presentation Boards come in white and black and measure 36 x 48 inches. This will allow your poster to stand in the space allotted on the table. This will also allow you to mount the poster at home and set it up quickly at the conference.

You will be expected to be at your poster from 8 - 9 a.m. and 9:45 - 10:30 a.m. Judging will take place at that time.

Oral presentations will take place from approximately 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. (with a break between 9:45 - 10:30 a.m.).

Posters may be taken down at 11:30 a.m.
