College-wide Award Nomination Form

 

Faculty and Staff are encourage you to nominate one or more full-time Behrend students who have demonstrated excellence both inside and outside of the classroom.  You need only to complete this form that describes your understanding of the student's academic and/or extracurricular accomplishments.  Student nominees will then be contacted and asked to provide additional information for the committee's consideration.

Recipients of all of the awards must hold a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 and must have made noteworthy accomplishments outside of the classroom at Behrend and/or in service to the community.  Preference is given to students with grade-point averages of 3.0 or better.

Thomas H. Turnbull Award, Irvin H. Kochel Award, T. Reed Ferguson Award, Eric A. and Josephine Walker Award, and the Outstanding First-Year Student Award
